Description
Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations on lab and life science interior projects within the Greater Boston area.
- Coordinate with project teams on scheduling and project management, using tools like Microsoft Project for scheduling, and manage drawings with PlanGrid and Build.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and meet high-quality standards.
- Uphold and implement safety protocols consistently across projects.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on lab and life science interiors or similar projects; occasional ground-up construction experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction management tools (Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, Build).
- MA CSL, OSHA 30
