Description

• Develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machines to meet design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and updates.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• Educational background in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and machining processes, preferably MasterCAM
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
