Process Engineer - Industrial - Somersworth, NH
This Process Engineer position focuses on process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and project management for molding operations. It will combine technical problem-solving with supplier collaboration and new product introduction oversight.

Description
The Process Engineer will lead process improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, and manage projects related to mold orders and new product introductions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on involvement in trials, and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with molding processes are essential for success.
- Investigate and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
- Manage mold orders and coordinate new product introductions.
- Collaborate with mold makers and suppliers to ensure design and quality standards.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a solid background in manufacturing engineering with experience in molding processes and project management. They are adept at problem-solving, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in using SolidWorks for design review. Strong communication and organizational abilities are critical for supplier and customer interactions.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Injection molding experience.
- SolidWorks proficiency and strong analytical skills.
