You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Profile
5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on government sector projects
Experience working for mid-to-large sized general contractors or CMs on projects with high security or federal requirements
Strong understanding of public procurement processes and federal construction standards
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain high client satisfaction
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Ability to pass background checks; existing clearance or AOC badging is a major plus
Local to the DMV region (DC, Northern VA, MD) preferred
