Their Nevada construction team is in a pivotal, growth-oriented phase-building a local footprint with the support of a tight-knit, family-oriented group.

Description
The Assistant Super is responsible for:
- Assisting the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day onsite operations for ground‑up multifamily developments.
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
- Communicating with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
- Maintaining and updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
- Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
- Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Supporting schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
Profile
The right Assistant Super will have:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field)
- 3+ years of of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects (ideally multifamily)
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
Job Offer
The Assistant Super will receive:
- Competitive Base Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
