Project Superintendent - DSA Construction
The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations on DSA school construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with DSA standards. This hands-on leadership role requires strong construction expertise, schedule management, and coordination with teams, inspectors, and stakeholders. The Superintendent will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to all state and DSA regulations.

Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee compliance with DSA standards and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless project workflows.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to and enforced on the construction site.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to guide construction activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily site activities, inspections, and project milestones.
