Multifamily Superintendent - Metro Detroit General Contractor
We are seeking a dedicated Multifamily Lead Superintendent with a strong background in construction to oversee projects in the Detroit area. This integral role involves managing all on-site operations and ensuring project completion within set timelines.

Description
- Supervise all stages of project life cycle
- Oversee daily on-site operations and manage construction crews
- Ensure adherence to project budget and schedule
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain strong relationships
- Resolve on-site conflicts and address issues as they arise
- Maintain constant communication with project stakeholders
- Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
Profile
- A solid background in construction management
- Proven experience in multifamily construction projects
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
