Project Manager - Owner's Rep
The experienced professional will step into a leadership role on a technically complex assignment involving BAS upgrades, lighting and controls modernization, boiler system improvements, and MEP engineering.

Description
- Serve as the owner's primary representative on-site, managing stakeholders and project team members
- Oversee BAS, lighting, boiler system, and MEP upgrade work
- Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals
- Track budget, schedule, and risk - and proactively resolve issues
- Lead progress meetings and manage documentation, reporting, and client communication
- Maintain a high level of technical awareness to support decision-making across systems
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in project management or owner's representation, ideally with a focus on infrastructure or building systems
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, energy upgrades, and capital improvements
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Confident leading consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with corporate or energy-sector facilities a plus
