Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center TI - Gainesville, VA will be responsible to::

• Support leadership on the tenant fit‑out of a hyperscale data center
• Assist with scheduling, submittals, RFIs, procurement, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Contribute to building systems, workflows, and best practices for the new division
• Interface directly with executive leadership on project progress and strategy
• Grow into increased responsibility as the data center portfolio expands

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Data Center TI - Gainesville, VA should have:

• Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a GC
• Background in commercial construction (data centers a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment
