The Project Manager will:
We are seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager with experience in the property and construction sector to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of construction projects from start to finish.

Description
The Project Manager will:
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience running ground up projects cradle to grave
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
