Title & Survey Coordinator
This firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title & Survey Coordinator to the Real Estate practice within their Corporate area. This role focuses on handling title and survey matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. It is 3 days a week in the office.

This top global law firm has over 900 lawyers across their offices. Their Real Estate practice is a thriving area of their Corporate practice area.
Description
- Coordinate title and survey review processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Communicate with title companies, surveyors, and external stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Review title commitments, policies, and surveys for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address any title or survey issues, collaborating with legal counsel as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for title and survey files.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to title and survey matters.
- Provide support to the legal team on real estate transactions and other related projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of title and survey materials to meet transaction deadlines.
Profile
A successful Title & Survey Coordinator should have:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification.
- 3+ years of experience supporting a commercial real estate practice within a law firm, ideally a global firm.
- Knowledge of title and survey processes and related legal documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or issues in documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and databases for managing title and survey information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $150,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
