Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Springfield, VA
As a Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of the MEP rough-ins and finishes for some Luxury Apartments in Springfield, VA. Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP trades, working autonomously to ensure high-quality execution within budget and schedule constraints.

Description
- Oversee the execution of MEP rough-ins and finishes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate MEP trades independently, maintaining accountability across subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
- Utilize Procore for maintaining daily logs, managing documentation, and tracking project progress.
- Collaborate with the Senior Superintendent, PM, and APM to align MEP work with the overall project schedule.
- Participate in regular project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including team members and clients.
- Ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations by coordinating final inspections and punch lists.
Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
- 4-10 years of construction experience, with a focus on MEP trades in multifamily projects.
- Proven ability to manage MEP work independently and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Procore for daily logs and project documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Experience working on concrete and wood-frame multifamily construction projects is a plus.
