Manufacturing Technician- Medical Device- Lowell, MA
The Manufacturing Technician will be a key player in the development of manufacturing processes and warehouse management.
Client Details
A small medical device start up focusing in the development of a dime size device that assist with heart failure.
Description
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for:
Take a hands-on approach in developing advanced cardiology devices and implants.
Oversee warehouse operations, with a focus on shipping and receiving. Utilize existing shipping protocols while also creating alternative, innovative methods.
Participate directly in the production of products in a cleanroom environment, while supporting various manufacturing tasks.
Maintain the cleanroom environment through activities like environmental testing, compressed air testing, and regular cleaning routines.
Perform equipment maintenance and ensure calibration is up to date.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with the company's quality system, ensuring thorough and accurate manufacturing records are maintained.
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Technician will have what follows:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and regulated environment
- Medical Device experience is preferred
- Hands on manufacturing experience preferred
- Warehouse management experience is ideal
