Regional Sales Manager - Elevated Tanks - DMV/Carolinas
The Regional Sales Manager will be an individual contributing role leading business development efforts within the DMV, West Virginia, and Carolinas regions, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the DMV, West Virginia, and Carolinas regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the business services industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build a professional network.

Profile
A successful Regional Sales Manager professional should have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven technical sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or infrastructure.
- Ability to develop technical documentation and white papers.
- Experience working with municipalities and government entities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions and evolving client needs.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 USD annually.
- Remote role in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Carolinas.
- Moderate overnight travel (less than 50%), by land or air.
