The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods to customers. To excel in this role, a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and communication skills is essential. The Supply Chain Manager must be strategic thinkers, capable of improving efficiencies and reducing costs while maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer demands.
Profile
- Ability to develop and execute strategic supply chain plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Experience in long-term planning, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage supply chain staff effectively.
- Vendor Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
