Description
- Manage insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records and documentation.
- Assist with claims processing and liaise with insurance providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the insurance administration function.
