We represent an established organization in the CNC Machining Services industry. Our client is one of the market leaders, recognized for their innovative solutions and commitment to quality. With a broad customer base, they are a large organization with a global presence.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales process selling CNC Machining services.
- Manage existing clients and portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the industry.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and competitive information.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.

Profile
Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in sales or business development in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Ideal background selling CNC Machining services, or other additive manufacturing services.
- Background selling in medical industry is ideal.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
