Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain safety protocols.

- Projects located throughout Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and select coastal and metropolitan markets across the US
- Found in 1980 - established extremely impressive presence and relationships in the market
- 150 - 200 employees
- Specialize in Luxury, High End Residential projects including ground up custom homes, large scale renovations, historic restorations, and complex estate properties

Description
- Be open to traveling to projects throughout MA
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling and task completion.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
