Superintendent - High End Residential - Boston, MA

The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain safety protocols.

Description

• Be open to traveling to projects throughout MA
• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling and task completion.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - High End Residential should have:

• 5+ years of experience in High End Residential
• Motivated individual
• Experience in the construction field with a focus on managing property projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.
