Project Manager - Commercial Ground‑Up
Client Details
A well‑established commercial general contractor headquartered in Winter Springs (NE Orlando), specializing in traditional ground‑up projects with a $20M-$30M sweet spot. RB Marks does not perform multifamily work and maintains a strong portfolio of retail, industrial, and commercial clients. With an expanding client base and new opportunities across state lines, this is a key growth hire to support the next phase of the company's trajectory.Description
- Lead ground‑up commercial projects ranging from $15M to $30M+
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on‑site coordination
- Oversee diverse project types including large retail site work, a 50K‑sf coffee roasting facility, a theatre addition, and a high‑end downtown Orlando restaurant build‑out
- Collaborate closely with leadership, including the President, on strategy and project delivery
- Represent RB Marks professionally with clients, design teams, and repeat customers
Profile
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Must have managed projects in the $50M range
- Ideal background: MEC, RLH, or similar reputable commercial builders
- Strong stability preferred (2-3 employers over the past 10 years)
- Capable, client‑facing, and ready to step into a key leadership role
Job Offer
