Project Manager - High End Residential - 50+ years in business
A reputable custom home builder is urgently seeking an experienced residential project manager local to Hopkinton, MA.
Client Details
My client is a small custom home builder located in Hopkinton, MA. They have projects located along the 128 belt in Boston, Back Bay, and surrounding area. Specializing in High End/ Luxury Custom Homes, this is a reputable company to join and will give you a large jump in your career.
Description
The Project manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration
- Control project budgets and track financial performance
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports
Profile
The PM will have:
- 5+ years as a PM in custom home renovations and ground up
- Understanding of how to actually build (find this very valuable in the management of projects)
- Background in High End Residential projects
- Experience with Procore or other related construction softwares
- Bachelors Degree in construction management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
