Project Manager - Large Ground Up Work - South of Boston
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in large ground-up work in the construction industry. The role is based South of Boston and requires strong leadership skills to manage and deliver projects effectively within the Business Services sector.

Description
- Manage large-scale ground-up construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality control and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Lead project meetings and foster strong communication among all parties involved.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Large Ground Up Work - South of Boston should have:
- Proven experience managing large ground-up construction projects within the Business Services industry.
