The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role in the property industry requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive successful project execution.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • High end residential construction experience required
  • Project experience of $2M preffered
  • Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
