Description

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements and scope.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to assess costs and timelines.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor market trends and adjust estimates to reflect current industry standards.
• Support the construction team during project execution to ensure cost alignment.
