Construction Estimator - Danbury CT
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record in commercial construction. This role offers the chance to manage diverse projects such as retail, restaurants, schools, healthcare, and corporate spaces.

Description
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects across commercial sectors.
- Collaborate with clients, owners, and subcontractors to maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Conduct takeoffs, review project documents, and manage bid proposals.
- Actively participate in pre-construction meetings and project planning.
- Ensure all estimates align with company standards and client expectations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Construction, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating with a reputable GC.
- Strong background in commercial construction projects (retail, healthcare, schools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and subcontractor interactions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be capable of hitting the ground running, have a deep understanding of estimating processes, and excel in maintaining budgets and schedules.
