This Quality Manager will oversee the quality management system, ensuring products consistently meet internal and customer standards. You'll lead QC operations, champion continuous improvement, and be the on‑site expert for all things ISO 9001.

- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System
- Oversee all Quality Control operations, managing QC Inspectors and guiding cross‑functional audit activities
- Develop and enhance QC inspection strategies, test methods, and measurement tools
- Track quality performance by establishing metrics, analyzing data, and creating actionable reports
- Build and manage testing protocols in collaboration with Engineering, customers, and regulatory groups
- Oversee product testing and failure analysis, including capability studies, corrective actions, and recalls
- Own and drive the NCR process to eliminate repeat non‑conformances
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and reliability
- Manage internal/external audits, address customer complaints, and collaborate with leadership to exceed customer expectations
- Promote a safe, compliant workplace and escalate any hazards or concerns immediately
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing‑based quality role
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer‑focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, or similar analytical tools
