Quality Manager
The Quality Manager oversees and directs all quality assurance programs, ensuring that production processes, products, and vendors meet regulatory and company standards. This role leads a team, analyzes quality data, implements improvements, and collaborates across departments to maintain high-quality outcomes and operational excellence.

Description
Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage quality assurance programs, including inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze production data, identify defects, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and develop quality teams, including training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure quality standards are met.
Review and update quality procedures, product specifications, and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
Profile
Quality Manager Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in quality management or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Team-oriented with strong communication abilities and experience leading and developing staff.
