Description

Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality assurance programs, including inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance.

• Analyze production data, identify defects, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

• Supervise and develop quality teams, including training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure quality standards are met.

• Review and update quality procedures, product specifications, and documentation to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

Quality Manager Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in quality management or manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.

• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities and experience leading and developing staff.
