SCA Superintendent - Manhattan, NY
The SCA Superintendent oversees all on‑site construction activities, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality compliance. This role leads subcontractors, coordinates trades, and drives successful project delivery from start to finish.

Description
- Manage daily site operations for SCA construction projects
- Enforce safety, quality control, and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and union/non‑union labor
- Maintain schedules, production targets, and progress reporting
- Lead site meetings and collaborate with PMs and stakeholders
- Resolve field issues to keep projects on time and on budget

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on SCA or complex projects
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety
- Ability to drive productivity in fast‑paced, high‑standards environments
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable field leader
