Description

• Manage daily site operations for SCA construction projects
• Enforce safety, quality control, and OSHA compliance standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and union/non‑union labor
• Maintain schedules, production targets, and progress reporting
• Lead site meetings and collaborate with PMs and stakeholders
• Resolve field issues to keep projects on time and on budget

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on SCA or complex projects
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety
• Ability to drive productivity in fast‑paced, high‑standards environments
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable field leader
