Description

• Manage the overall operations of the property, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance work, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Supervise on-site staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Enforce property policies and procedures while maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repairs.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement policies and achieve company goals.

Profile

A successful Senior Resident Manager should have:

• Will have worked in ultra luxury residential
• Ability to live on site 4-6 days per week in Manhattan
• A background in property management, facilities or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on resident satisfaction.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with budget management and vendor coordination.
