Pre-Trade Fixed Income IT Business Analyst
We seek an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in Fixed Income products and pricing concepts. The role involves gathering requirements from Trafic users, writing business requirements, coordinating with IT developers, executing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders such as traders, middle and back-office teams, developers, compliance, and risk teams, while also assisting with planning and status reporting.

Description
- Collaborate with Trafic main users and other departments in NY to comprehend needs and requirements.
- Engage with the Trafic IT team at the Head Office.
- Formalize business requirements and translate them into development tasks.
- Define and execute test scripts, coordinate user acceptance tests, document findings, and facilitate communication between end-users and L1 Support team for issue resolution and provide support Level 1-2.
Extensive knowledge of loans, repos, bonds and Trade Support are required.
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst specializing in front office operations.
- Strong communication skills adept at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in bonds, particularly UST, and repos, with a solid understanding of bond pricing and booking concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, comprehend complex IT systems, and experience with project management and agile development methodologies; previous experience working on a market-making desk for UST is advantageous.
Extensive knowledge of loans, repos, bonds and Trade Support are required.
