Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up high-rise commercial projects.
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain aggressive project schedules and coordinate logistics in dense urban environments.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with NYC DOB and OSHA regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-end, structurally complex towers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges in real time.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-rise commercial construction.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up towers of 20+ stories in NYC.
• Deep knowledge of structural steel, concrete, curtain wall systems, and mechanical coordination.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive schedules and manage large teams.
• Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile construction environment.
