Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a leading Self-Performing Developer in Manhattan. Someone who can oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground-up construction or high-end residential interiors for HNWI's.

Description
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and on-site operations to ensure timely project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or cost overruns.
Profile
The ideal Project Manager candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of construction processes and a proven ability to manage complex projects independently. They should have:
- 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction or high-end residential interiors.
- Strong technical expertise in construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.
- The ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight.
- A track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work with clients, designers, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with self-performing trades (preferred but not required).
