Asset Manager
The Asset Manager will oversee and manage a residential portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. This role requires strategic decision-making and a strong understanding of the property industry to drive success. Role split between FL and NY.

Description
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and returns.
- Oversee property budgets, financial performance, and reporting processes.
- Maintain and enhance tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property management teams on maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Evaluate and negotiate lease agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders on property performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all properties.

A successful Asset Manager should have:
