Superintendent - Commercial Experience

With a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned Commercial Superintendent to join us.

Client Details

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of commercial construction projects. You will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through close-out

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain timelines and project goals

• Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards

• Maintain project schedules and conduct regular progress meetings

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality and design specifications

• Monitor site logistics and material deliveries

• Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate regularly with the project management team

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site safety

• Experience with projects ranging from $1M to $20M preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
