Interior Designer - Hybrid Work/Architect Firm - Boston, MA Responsibilities:

  Space Planning: Develop efficient layouts that optimize the use of space while considering functionality and aesthetics.

  Design Development: Create design concepts and develop them into detailed plans, including color schemes, materials, furnishings, and lighting.
• 
  
  Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, translating their vision into design proposals.
• 
  
  Material Selection: Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project's vision and budget.
• 
  
  Drafting and Modeling: Use CAD software to produce detailed drawings and 3D models of interior spaces.
• 
  
  Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• 
  
  Project Management: Oversee the execution of interior design projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and managing timelines and budgets.

Profile

Interior Designer - Hybrid Work/Architect Firm - Boston, MA Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Public safety and/or K-12 project experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in architecture
• Proficient in Revit

Job Offer
