Description

The Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Wilmington will be responsible for:

• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and client needs
• Generating RFIs to address field issues and discrepancies in plans
• Managing, reviewing, and tracking submittals
• Assessing design and shop drawings to understand their impact on cost and timeline
• Preparing scope of work documents for subcontractors
• Initiating change orders and soliciting bids from subcontractors
• Estimating costs and preparing detailed breakdowns for client review
• Tracking procurement, submittals, and RFIs
• Assisting with scheduling and monitoring daily progress
• Coordinating communication between design and construction teams
• Leading and mentoring a team of project management professionals

Profile

The ideal Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Wilmington will have the following experience:

• Over 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a well-established General Contractor
• Experience managing healthcare or life sciences projects
• A BS in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in relevant construction software
• A strong drive and motivation to succeed!
