Description

The Senior Superintendent on Commercial Construction Projects will:

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain seamless workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all team members on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers to align timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports summarizing project status and any potential risks.
• Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities and compliance with building codes and regulations.
