Manufacturing Engineer - CNC - Springfield, MA
As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee the optimization of production processes and ensure the highest level of efficiency in manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the business services industry.

Description
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and implementing production workflows, tools, and systems to optimize output.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into production.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Supporting the design and modification of equipment to meet production needs.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Providing technical guidance to production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing processes within CNC manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software for process design and analysis.
