Description

The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Developing and implementing production workflows, tools, and systems to optimize output.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into production.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Supporting the design and modification of equipment to meet production needs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Providing technical guidance to production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes within CNC manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
