Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.
- Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, reports, and permits.
- Identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges during project execution.
- Providing regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting the procurement of materials and services as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
