Description
This Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations.
- Solve systemic production issues using root-cause analysis.
- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors for innovative manufacturing solutions.
- Support capital project justification and implementation.
- Lead or participate in Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- U.S. citizenship (required).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Proficiency in common engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
