The Program Manager drives customer communication, cross‑functional coordination, financial oversight, and continuous improvement to ensure programs meet all performance expectations.

Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading assigned programs from concept through closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to drive program execution, maintain customer alignment, and control risks throughout the lifecycle.

The Program Manager also supports proposals, pricing, forecasting, contract changes, and long‑term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross‑functional execution of programs, ensuring performance to customer and internal requirements.
  • Serve as primary customer interface, managing communication, expectations, and program reviews.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and contract compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Profile

The Program Manager excels in technical program management within aerospace, defense, or other high‑reliability manufacturing environments. They bring strong planning, communication, and financial management skills, along with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Top Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of program or project management in high‑reliability industries.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and program management tools.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and ability to lead without direct authority.
