This position is for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst with 4+ years experience join a leading manufacturing organization in Woburn, MA (20 minutes North West of Boston). The role offers an excellent base salary, fantastic benefits and a generous annual bonus target! Please note the role requires 4 days on-site and offers 1 day remote work and you must be authorized to work in the US to be considered!

Description
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for being the subject matter expert for business analytics and business processes, and the candidate will be required to maintain and support end users and the organizations internal hardware & software system. The successful candidate will support a variety of IT applications & processes, and business critical manufacturing applications.
Profile
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst candidate will have the following experience:
- 4+ years experience as an IT Systems Specialist / IT Business Systems Analyst
- Project management experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- ERP experience (ServiceNow preferred but any ERP experience is beneficial)
- Azure, Azure DevOps experience is beneficial
- IT Certifications are preferred (ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional, Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
Job Offer
Included in the compensation package:
- Base salary ranging from $90k-$110k
- An annual bonus target of up to 12.5%
- Hybrid work schedule
