Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, leadership, and construction processes.

This opportunity is with a well-established general contractor with a strong portfolio across public and private sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects including Education, Government, Airport, Student Housing, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Seismic upgrades.

Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and logistics
• Enforce safety standards and site compliance procedures
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all phases of construction
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Mentor and guide field teams to achieve project and company goals

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Background in one or more of the following: Education, Government, Airport, Student Housing, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Seismic projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, and safety practices
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects ($20M+)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (commensurate with experience) + completion bonuses
