Senior Vice President of Tax - New York City
The Senior Vice President of Tax will lead the company's tax function (compliance, provision, structuring). This person will support strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Tax include:
- Ensure integrity of all tax compliance, structuring, and provision
- Work closely with M&A team
- Work closely with CFO and Controller to support strategic initiatives
Profile
- 20+ years of experience with partnership tax compliance within an up-C structure
- CPA AND/OR JD/LL required
- Experience at a Big Four accounting firm
