Description
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and addressing queries.
- Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the finance team to align reporting processes with organizational objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Manufacturing experience required (CPG experience a plus)
- Experience within SAP S4Hana a plus
