Superintendent - Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team, focusing on ground-up and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in public sector projects such as schools or municipal buildings and is interested in a long-term opportunity.

Description

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, including ground-up and interior work.
• Coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead subcontractors and site personnel to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.

Profile

• 8+ years as a Superintendent, with expertise in ground-up and interior public projects such as schools or municipal buildings.
• Proven experience in ground-up and interior construction
• Background in public sector projects (schools, municipal buildings, etc.)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain long-term commitment
