Project Manager - Construction - St. Louis
Opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a top general contractor located in St. Louis. The firm boasts a strong reputation for high quality work and professionalism and are searching for an individual with similar values.
Client Details
My client is a premier construction company in St. Louis having served a number of the areas most prominent businesses. With steady growth over the last two decades my client is looking to expand their operations and bring on new experienced talent. They currently work in the education, healthcare, multifamily, municipal, recreational, retail markets on projects ranging from $1M to $100M. The firm is offering a comprehensive benefits package that makes this opportunity very attractive for PMs in a market with a great deal of forecasted growth.
Description
- Manage multiple projects at a time from start to finish
- Take lead in ownership meetings
- Complete cost reports and billings in a timely manner
- Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams
- Proactively drive solutions
- Travel is minimal
Profile
- At least 10 years construction experience
- Degree not required
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Experience with planning, RFIs, submitttals, bidding, etc.
- Proficient in Procore
- Variety of project experience
- Be able to see a project through from start to finish
- Good leadership skills
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $90,000 - $115,000 dependent on experience
- 401k after 1 year with 4% match
