Traveling Superintendent - Southeast Travel Only
An established general contractor is seeking a traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across North and South Carolina. This role is responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality delivery from start to finish.

The Traveling Superintendent - Southeast Travel Only will be responsible for:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site coordination
- Drive project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant job site
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and quality control processes
- Work closely with Project Managers to track progress and resolve issues
- Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain clear on-site communication
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are aligned with project needs

Profile
The successful Traveling Superintendent - Southeast Travel Only will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Willingness to travel throughout North and South Carolina
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and reporting tools
