APM- Beltsville, MD- Commercial/Corporate Interiors
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will play a key role in supporting our project management team. Working primarily from our office in Beltsville, MD, you will collaborate with senior project managers and field superintendents to ensure successful project delivery. Description
- Assist in managing all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.

Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with interiors projects.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Job Offer
- Car Allowance: $400-600 per month

- Holidays, and paid union holidays
- PTO: 2 weeks and 1 week sick, at 5 years it moves to 3 weeks.
