Description

In this position, you will be a central point of contact for customers, supporting both sales activity and service excellence.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive phone and email communication
• Respond to RFQs with accurate and competitive pricing and delivery details
• Convert quotes into orders and enter them into the ERP system with precision
• Review customer purchase orders and specifications for accuracy
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain updated customer information in CRM and ERP systems
• Partner with internal teams (operations, purchasing, quality, etc.) to resolve issues
• Participate in special projects and occasional customer visits

Profile

The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales aptitude, customer service excellence, and operational accuracy.

• 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• CRM and ERP experience preferred
• Experience in a distribution or technical product environment is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic or microelectronic components is helpful (but not required)
• Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
